Just finished 1-on-1 with my boss, sort of formal talk about focal review. Everybody knows there is no salary increase this year, so didn’t expect too much, all those scores, etc still matter the feeling of achievement, but that’s it.
Year 2009 will be a little different from other years, maybe for the first time I will be a serious development team member – compare with all those operation days I had in Yahoo, big change, but would be interesting.
Get to read more about the project and technology being used there, try to make things fancy at the design period, but slowly back to ground during implementation time in case hitting the wall.

You know Blackberry’s keyboard is small … it’s even small to me though I have slim fingers ๐
It is proved that 100% blog entries from my Blackberry need correction, all sort of problems caused by small keyboard – “i” and “o”, “m” and “n”, get to pay more attention from now.
