{"id":849,"date":"2010-01-05T12:13:34","date_gmt":"2010-01-05T19:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xiehang.com\/blog\/?p=849"},"modified":"2010-01-05T12:13:34","modified_gmt":"2010-01-05T19:13:34","slug":"pat-on-comcasts-online-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xiehang.com\/blog\/2010\/01\/05\/pat-on-comcasts-online-team\/","title":{"rendered":"Pat on Comcast&#8217;s online team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I wrote <a href=\"https:\/\/xiehang.com\/blog\/2010\/01\/03\/switching-to-directtv\/\">this post<\/a> as I&#8217;m not quite happy with Comcast&#8217;s pricing policy (I&#8217;m not talking about the price, it is the policy), actually I know almost every service provider is doing the exactly same thing &#8211; give big discount to new users, while those attractive promotions won&#8217;t apply to any existing user.<\/p>\n<p>I have to say something good about Comcast&#8217;s online team &#8211; I&#8217;m not sure which team it is, but seems there are bunch of people surfing online for all the time (with some tools) to find out any negative posts, and do follow up.
