{"id":1059,"date":"2010-08-30T22:17:03","date_gmt":"2010-08-31T05:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xiehang.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/30\/trouble-with-project-management\/"},"modified":"2010-08-30T22:17:03","modified_gmt":"2010-08-31T05:17:03","slug":"trouble-with-project-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xiehang.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/30\/trouble-with-project-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Trouble with project management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m having troubles in managing projects currently in my hands, I think I need to delegate some tasks so that I can focus on the most important thing, but who can do that?<\/p>\n<p>Supposedly there will be 3~4 people get on board in the coming month, and there should be one takes over product line, and the other can take over IT mail, and I will find another one (wish soon) covering consumer mail\u2019s technical side, then I can step back to oversee everything.<\/p>\n<p>What I am doing now:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The consumer mail, both production and technical and project management sides <\/li>\n<li>The IT (company\u2019s) mail, technical side <\/li>\n<li>The universal message system, as a project manager <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and in each project there are several routes need to be taken care of \u2026<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m lazy in hiring recently, I need to cheer myself up and back to energic.<\/p>\n<p>BTW, who\u2019s still reading this blog, would you please post something so that I know I\u2019m not talking to air?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m having troubles in managing projects currently in my hands, I think I need to delegate some tasks so that I can focus on the most important thing, but who can do that?
